These two are the perfect image of young love. Marti met Alek in high school and she just knew he was perfect for her. He purposed to her in such a touching and special way. He coaxed her into his room where he wanted her to read a particular verse from the bible. The verse was important to them, preaching of marriage and finding a special kindred spirit to join in eternal partnership. Marti was oblivious to what he had up his sleeve, as she turned the pages to those special words a ring appeared.  Alek is in the process of becoming a Marine but in their free time they enjoy camping and hunting. They educated us on the sport of coyote calling which neither of us had any idea about.  It was a notable day for us as well and we felt honored to capture the beginning of the rest of their lives.

Chelsea and Marcus have been together for two short but blissful years. When Marcus saw Chelsea for the first time his heart was taken by her. He was sneaky and purposed during a head shot session frothier linked accounts, the photographer didn't even know. He waited till she was getting her photo taken and when she turned around he was on one knee. Marcus said "he gave her jewelry hoping she would talk to him for the rest of her life".  Chelsea had on an absolute lovely dress that she paired with her rustic cowboy boots, the boots she wore to their first date. These two were so much fun and we hope to photograph them again soon. Congratulations Chelsea and Marcus!

Joyce is graduating from the University of Arizona spring of 2017. We had a wonderful time walking around U of A's grounds during Joyce's photo shoot. It was the perfect place to capture her great accomplishment. With a Bachelor's Degree in microbiology and a minor in veterinary science, she will be on to big things soon after graduation.

Meet Baylea, a proud member of the HHS class of 2017! Baylea is an accomplished musician, having played the viola for over eight years! She has been a member of multiple orchestras as well as a four year member of prestigious The Metropolitan Youth Symphony. This photo shoot captured Baylea's bohemian style and warm personality! The spring sunset made for an amazing backdrop and a beautiful way to wrap this graduation photo shoot!

Arizona Engagement Photography - Lauren & Justin

Lauren and Justin met in college while living in Ohio.  Justin ran track and while Lauren was a softball player. They have spent 6 magical years together. Justin knew that he wanted love Lauren for the rest of his life. After a year of a long distance relationship between Arizona and Ohio they finally made their home together, here in the desert. While having their house built Justin found a perfect opportunity to ask Lauren a very special question. He placed her ring on a window ledge of their home. He called Lauren over to look at something outside, and there it was. Guess what she said?!  They also share a love for cats.

Arizona Engagement Photography - Rachel & Ernie

Rachel and Ernie are pretty new to the valley. We were excited that they chose a desert theme for their engagement shoot. We traveled to the desert out in Ahwatukee, along the way we talked about how Ernie popped the question to Rachel. Such a sweet story, Rachel came home from work to find their room completely decorated with love; A dozen roses on the bed, photos of her and Ernie hanging from the ceiling, and their beloved cat sitting next to the bed. Around Miss. Tobi's collar was a note that read “will you marry my dad?”. Such a sweet and thoughtful way to ask the one you love to marry you.

When Stacey isn't hitting the gym with her trainer she's a full-time office manager and at home, she is a full-time mom. We were thrilled when she requested a family session along with her studio portraits. Manny and Maddie are her pride and joy, they are great kids. Both Maddie and Manny are straight A student. They are polite and easy going, they both enjoyed having their photos taken.
